My deepest sympathy to the family and fellow Soldiers of Sgt Kruse. We have lost another American Hero. He paid the ultimate sacrifice for all of us to keep us safe. He will not be forgotten.

For just a time, we began to believe that the pain was ending, and now our hearts are torn again. SGT Kruse has paid the Ultimate price for our freedom. We will remember him as a HERO for a lifetime. To his family, friends and fellow soldiers, we pray that you will each find comfort in knowing that the entire STRYKER FAMILY shares your sorrow, and we will keep you in our hearts and prayers. We beg God and His Angels to surround you in love and give you the strength and courage that you need to walk this Valley of Death. Christopher is at peace, and he will watch over you until you meet again.
