To the family, friends and fellow soldiers working along side SPC Victor Garcia, may God give you strength during these difficult days. SPC Victor, rest in peace young soldier, your memory will never be forgotten! My unending gratitude, you gave everything to keep me, my family, and our Nation safe. It is brave men such as yourself that are keeping the enemy from our shore. You are now serving in God's Army.
