Que te cuide Diosito y la virgensita.
Thank you to all for your special comments. They are greatly appreciated. Romel Catalan was one of my younger cousins, and he will be truly missed. I would like to share that what helps to ease our pain is knowing that he died doing what he wanted to do which is to serve his country. I admire his courage and dedication. Romel Catalan is gone but he will not be forgotten. He will be in my heart today and always. I also send my prayers to all the families of soldiers who have died in the line of duty and to the ones who are currently in active service. Beloved little cousin may your soul rest in peace and may god keep you with him!!!!!
Hello everyone. First and foremost I want to send my condolences to Romel's family. I cannot find the words to tell you that I am so sorry for your loss.I hope that God gives you the strength and the power to overcome your this. May God bless all of you and know that your family is in my preyers. I also want to thank each and every one of you for such loving and kind words. I had the honor and opportunity to spend time w/ Romel as he was by boyfriend's cousin. In my eyes he was and will always be remembered as a courages man who fought to the end to protect his country. He joined the Army b/c he wanted to serve his country. I want everyone who reads this message to know that Romel was a good friend, brother, son and cousin. He loved to surprise those he loved and had a great sense of humor. I remeber that when I saw him I would always joke w/ him and call him Romeo as he was better known. He was a fan of Superman and Batman and dreamed of one day joining the police force w/ my boyfriend Danny. He had so many dreams that unfortunatly he can no longer fulfill. Even though Romel will no longer be able to accomplish his dream of one day being a police officer, Danny has promissed that he will honor his memory by joining the police force and being brave and courages as Romel was to protect the safety of his loved ones and others. May God bless your soul and may you rest in peace Romel. Even though I got to spend such a small amount of time w/ you I will miss you and I will always carry you in my thoughts and in my heart.
