MOSUL, IRAQ (June 9, 2005) – One innocent civilian was injured in a drive-by shooting conducted by terrorists while he was fixing a roadway in eastern Mosul Wednesday. The civilian was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Numerous terrorist attacks over the past week have targeted or disregarded innocent civilians. Attacks over that period have killed 15 and injured at least 18 in northern Iraq.
