I read the soldier's account about a hellday in Mosul back on 080504. That was my son's birthday! (He is in 1/23rd Stryker Brigade) No wonder he sounded weird when I was talking to him on the internet. He told me it was intense! These guys went to hell and back. They are our heroes. Let's not forget it.
