Amazing how a perspective can change with information given by different sources. Maybe watching the cable news shows is not a good thing but what else do we have? BLOGS are a good thing and the internet sure is worth having around. :-) God bless our troops and those that love them. HOOAH!!!
Propaganda is terrible for all of us but this is
the only way we could part of the story. Now if Paul Harvey was there we would get the rest of the story. All I hope and pray for is that the war would be over and our men and women are back with their families. My husband served both in Korea and Vietnam and thank God he made it home but it was terrible waiting. God bless America.
Great read. I needed it, although I never doubted we we'ren't doing great things in Iraq. Sometimes the negatives swallow us up. Proud to be an American. Proud of all our troops.
You Go Joe!! We at home support our troops 100%. My son, a SSG with the Stryker Brigade says the same thing to me, he is proud of what he is doing and knows he is fighting a war on terroism everyday. His wish is that all of the news is reported, not just the news that will sell.
Comments For "Alternative News":

As a wise professor once told me, "there's usually a bit of the truth in everything you read."
