My son has been with the Stryker Brigrade for three years. I am so proud of each and everyone of you. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Be careful, do your job and hurry home.
Proud Stryker Scout/Driver mom here!! Thank you SBCT for your service to our country and to all of our soldiers over there, may angels watch over you and bring you home to your families safe. You have a lot of love and support here. God bless all of you!!!!!
I start each morning with the news even before getting dressed. I check the time here and think of what you might be doing there. I come to this site throughout the day hoping to find anything I can about you. Every American flag I see reminds me of you, your handsome face, strength and courage. Lunch is spent in front of the TV news, waiting for anything more from your side of the world. By 5:00 I'm fixing dinner, listening to the evening news and dreaming about the day I can take you out for a big old steak! I end each day with a prayer for you all, one more glimpse of the late night news for anything that will bring you closer to me.
I believe all of us are spending our days in much the same way now. You are first in our thoughts, constantly with us in our hearts. We love you. We admire you. You are our heroes.
A huge "Thank - you to all our soldiers overseas who are "watching our back" May God speed you all home safe. We'll keep the packages and letters coming because it's our way of sending a little bit of love your way. Stay out of harms way. A very proud Mom of a Stryker soldier in Ca. (Kath)
I am the mother of a Stryker driver with B Co 2/3. He turned 21 in Iraq. I live in Nevada and don't get much Fort Lewis news. I check this site every day along with several others. Thank you to those who manage this site - it is a life saver for me.
To all of the Stryker troops - thank you! You are truly heros each and every one. You do what the rest of us can or will not. Come home safe. There are so many of us in the United States that are so proud of you we could burst. People that I work with that have no connection to the Army now follow Stryker news because my son serves "over there." The work you are doing touches complete strangers here at home. Keep up the fantastic job.
Hi, I am the proud Mother of a soldier with C-Battery, 1/37 FA. Son, I haven't talked to you for weeks. I miss hearing your voice. I met many of my sons friends who he advised are all part of his extended family when I visited Fort Lewis in October before you left for Iraq. Therefore, I feel like a proud mother to all of you. Keep safe, do your jobs and come home soon to everyone who loves and misses all of you.

Hi! I'm the wife of a C Battery, 1/37 FA Stryker Brigade soldier. I just wanted to write and say thank you to all of the guys of the Charlie Rock family. It takes a real man to not only love & protect his family, but to put his life on the line to protect and prove his love for his country. You all are living proof that heroes do exist! The definition of a hero is "a man of exceptional quality who wins admiration by noble deeds, especially deeds of courage." We, as military families, always knew that you guys were our personal heroes, but I'm so glad that the rest of the country finally realized it too. It's about time you guys get the recognition that you deserve. May God smile down on you with all His glory and keep you safe. I miss you all and I can't wait 'til ya'll are home with your families where you belong. And a personal note for my guy: I LOVE YOU HONEY! The boys & I miss you and we're counting down the days 'til you come home. Please know that you are in our hearts and in our prayers. And although we may be separated by sea and land, know that you are ALWAYS present in our hearts. And when you look up at the stars at night, know that I am looking & wishing on that same star. We are one heart and one mind, and no amount of miles can ever take that away. I LOVE YOU! And to all our soldiers: KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK & GOD BLESS AMERICA! NOW...GO KICK SOME A$$ CHARLIE ROCK!!!!

WE KNOW THAT THE MEN AND WOMEN IN IRAQ ARE THE FIRST LINE OF DEFENSE IN OUR FIGHT TO KEEP OUR FREEDOM. WE SCROLLED THROUGH ALL THE PICS LOOKING FOR ADAM BUT HAVE NOT YET FOUND HIM. HOPEFULLY SOON SOMEONE WILL POST A PIC OF HIM. IT WAS GREAT SEEING THE CHILDREN AND SCHOOL SUPPLIES. THAT IS THE NEXT GENERATION AND THEY NEED TO LEARN WHAT FREEDOM IS AND TO LEARN TO QUESTION. THERE IS MORE THAN FIGHTING TO DO, WE NEED TO TEACH THEM TO QUESTION AND OPEN THEIR MINDS. WE LOVE AND MISS YOU. HOPEFULLY YOU WILL ALL BE COMING HOME SOON. KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC JOB YOU ARE ALL DOING! LOVE YAS!!!!!!!
